where do I start? The whole yeam I worked with was was so amazing. From my loan officer all the way to the underwrite. They made my experience great when it was difficult for me they reassured me that they had me. They all worked so hard on my behalf and I am greatful. They had my best interests the while whole time and yhey showed they care. Thank you again for all of the hard work everyone put in to make my first home purchase possible when I didn't think it was.

Bryan Austin truly exemplified exceptional customer service. From the beginning, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explicitly explained the products and services that OVM offered. Originally, I was with another lender but after speaking with Bryan, I decided to go with OVM. I took a risk, but it was well worth it! Bryan kept me informed during the entire process. His attentiveness and understanding helped relieve my stress. I have purchased several homes over the years, but I can honestly say that I have never experienced anyone like Bryan who truly went over and beyond. I truly appreciated Bryan coming to the closing, because I got an opportunity to meet him. Which is definitely the first time ever that this happened to me.
